About Me

I’ve been moving my whole life, first as a professional volleyball player since 9, then as a traditional dancer performing worldwide. After years of pushing my body to its limits, injuries led me to discover yoga and Pilates. What began as rehabilitation grew into a deep passion for movement and philosophy, and since 2020, I’ve been teaching and sharing this journey. I’ve been fortunate to learn from teachers like Patrick Beach (mobility), Adell Bridge (creative sequencing), and Simon Park (liquid flow), whose perspectives continue to feed and inspire my practice.

Today, I bring a multidisciplinary approach—blending yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative), Pilates (mat & reformer), mobility, calisthenics, and hand-balancing. With experience working with many body types and injuries, I believe movement is medicine, and every body deserves its own path.

I also offer sound healing with Tibetan bowls and crystals, creating space to calm the mind and restore the soul.
