About Me

I’ve been moving my whole life, first as a professional volleyball player since 9, then as a traditional dancer performing worldwide. After years of pushing my body to its limits, injuries led me to discover yoga and Pilates. What began as rehabilitation grew into a deep passion for movement and philosophy, and since 2020, I’ve been teaching and sharing this journey.

Today, I bring a multidisciplinary approach—blending yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative), Pilates (mat & reformer), mobility, calisthenics, and hand-balancing. With experience working with many body types and injuries, I believe movement is medicine, and every body deserves its own path.

I also offer sound healing with Tibetan bowls and crystals, creating space to calm the mind and restore the soul.
